These terms cover use of the Agencuim website. Client engagements are governed by a separate statement of work and master services agreement that takes precedence over anything below.
Use of the site
The site is provided as-is for informational purposes. You may browse and share links freely. You may not scrape the site for commercial reuse or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Intellectual property
The site copy, design, and code are owned by Agencuim unless attributed otherwise. Client deliverables are governed by the statement of work for that engagement.
No warranties
Information on this site is provided without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate but make no guarantees about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agencuim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
