What we collect
When you visit the marketing site, we collect basic, non-identifying request data — page, referrer, country-level location, and device class — to understand which pages are useful. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, company, and project notes.
Why we collect it
We use analytics to improve the site. We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to scope and deliver the work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of vendors to operate the business — email, hosting, analytics, and accounting. We share only what each vendor needs to perform its task and we have contractual data-processing terms with each one.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for accounting and legal reasons. Analytics is aggregated and not tied to identifiable users.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@agencuim.com and we will reply within one business day.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we update the date at the top and post a short note on the homepage. Earlier versions are kept on file and available on request.
